All costs incurred in returning the product(s) to Equine Veterinary First Aid will be borne by the customer.
In the case of non-faulty goods returned to Equine Veterinary First Aid, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of AUD$10 or 25% of the original purchase price (whichever is greater) or return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
In the case you receive a faulty product from us or the product is damaged in transit to you, return the product and packaging within 7 days of purchase to:

We will inspect the product. If we agree that the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit and unlikely to have been caused through abnormal use then we will replace the product with an identical product. The replacement product will be supplied at the expense of Equine Veterinary First Aid unless a refund of the purchase price is agreed upon by both parties. This refund will be made to a nominated credit card and will not be held as store credit.
To return a product please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, contact details and invoice number to arrange a product return authorisation. We will require proof of purchase to ensure that products have been purchased from our online store and within a 7 day period.
