We offer both standard and express shipping options. Please note, during COVID-19 we are only shipping Australian orders. Shipping is not included in the price of the product and will be displayed separately above the final total on the shopping cart page of the website. Standard shipping charges and protocols will be automatically applied unless Express Post shipping is requested for urgent items. Shipping for larger orders or bulk buys will be discussed with the purchaser prior to dispatch to achieve a cost-effective delivery solution.

Equine Veterinary First Aid retains the right to use other courier services when and if required. Standard delivery timeframes for goods are 1-7 business days but may be longer in remote and regional Australia.

Upon acceptance of your order and successful processing of your payment, you will be sent a conformational email. A further email will then be sent on dispatch of your goods with a consignment number that can be tracked through Australia Post. In the event that an item is fully or partially out of stock for a long period of time, we will notify via email and an alternative product will be suggested.
