Delivery & Order Acceptance Policy
Equine Veterinary First Aid utilises Australia Post for the delivery of orders and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items being purchased. We offer both standard and express shipping options. Please note, during COVID-19 we are only shipping Australian orders. Shipping is not included in the price of the product and will be displayed separately above the final total on the shopping cart page of the website. Standard shipping charges and protocols will be automatically applied unless Express Post shipping is requested for urgent items. Shipping for larger orders or bulk buys will be discussed with the purchaser prior to dispatch to achieve a cost-effective delivery solution.
Equine Veterinary First Aid is a dedicated online equine first aid site that delivers quality products Australia-wide.
Equine Veterinary First Aid retains the right to use other courier services when and if required. Standard delivery timeframes for goods are 1-7 business days but may be longer in remote and regional Australia.
The placement of an order with Equine Veterinary First Aid is only an offer to purchase does not automatically mean a confirmation of a transaction of an order or an offer to sell. Equine Veterinary First Aid reserves the right at any time after the receipt of an order to accept or reject the order for any reason. Your purchase order only becomes a contract to purchase when Equine Veterinary First Aid advises you of the acceptance of your order and confirmation of payment.
Upon acceptance of your order and successful processing of your payment, you will be sent a conformational email. A further email will then be sent on dispatch of your goods with a consignment number that can be tracked through Australia Post. In the event that an item is fully or partially out of stock for a long period of time, we will notify via email and an alternative product will be suggested.
